Q 1: Are we able to have 2 small dogs in this room please?
A: Yes, house trained pets are welcome in one of our pet friendly rooms. These rooms come with queen bed and single bed. There is a surcharge for these rooms and will be advised at the time of booking.
Q 2: I'm travelling to do some night photography. Would I be able to arrange a late checkout?
A: Yes, late check outs are available if arranged the night prior or, let us know when you book/check in.
Q 3: Is this room accessible?
A: Yes, we have a few selected rooms that our guests find easy for any type of accessibility required, you are most welcome to view the room layout upon checking in before providing payment.
Q 4: Do you have wifi and do you take a credit card authorisation
A: Yes we do have wifi and accept credit card authorisations. We do however reserve the right to demand physical credit card upon check-in for security purposes.

A: The latest you can check in is 09:00PM. If you have a booking and cannot make it in time, please contact reception and we will advise alternate key collection.

A: Hi Nicole, We currently do not accept pet friendly room bookings on this platform. We do so only via email or phone, feel free to contact us directly. The designated pet friendly room comes with Queen and Single bed. Regards
Q 7: Do you have trailer parking?
A: Designated parking is suitable for 1 car only, however there are options to park the trailer in the property, just not opposite to the rooms.
Q 8: How will it work? Do I book through booking.com and you scan them when I get there?
A: Yes, you can book online or over the phone and pay at the property. Please ensure you dont pay online.
Q 9: do you have specific rooms for pets or can we have our 2 dogs with us in any room?
A: Thank you for your enquiry. House trained pets are welcome in one of our pet friendly rooms. The room are limited and comes with a Queen and Single bed (Queen Suite/Twin Share). The other room types are not pet friendly.
