For reservations made on behalf of another individual, kindly reach out to the motel directly to make arrangements for third-party billing. By providing valid credit card details, you assert your authority to use the card and grant permission to The Moonraker Motor Inn for charging the applicable fees in case of cancellation or a no-show or damages during your stay.

No prepayment is needed. A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking and a valid Credit Card must be presented at time of check-in, regardless of payment method. Payment surcharge may apply.

You may cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. You will be charged the price of first day of the reservation if you cancel within 1 day before arrival. This policy is not flexible under any circumstances.

Please note, If you don’t show up, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Any damage to mattresses and linens, such as towels, mattress protectors, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, coverlets, caused by the use of body oils, makeup, shoe polish, etc., will incur charges for specialised cleaning, repair, or replacement of the affected item.

Cooking in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by Health Authorities, with the exception of the use of the kettle, microwave and toaster provided.

Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in these terms and conditions, Moonraker Motor Inn disclaim responsibility for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage under special circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, losses such as revenue, profit, use, or opportunity arising from the performance or non-performance of obligations outlined in these terms and conditions.
